With my disability, anything above ground level is very difficult to decorate, not to mention time consuming to fix and hang string lights. Everyone at perpetual has always been very supportive, excited to bring my Christmas decorating visions to life, and very reasonable in their financial interactions. I've attached pictures of some of my set up, note their work is the roofline lights, the string lights on the trees and bushes, and the garland and wreath on the fence with lighting. I've done the rest, for better and for worse. Theirs are very brightly lit, they come over when the winds mess anything up to fix it and have been great at custom putting in the coloring I ask for. Very professional installation and service.
Steve and Sylvia are great and very organized.
Their respond is almost immediate.

We had gemstone lights installed, last year by Perpetual services.
This year, is also the second year we have had our Christmas lights supplied and installed by Perpetual.
There are a lot of other companies in Halifax that install Christmas lights, but I find Perpetual are more specific and careful in how they place the lights.

I've always wanted to light the peaks of my house but couldn't safely reach them. Now the entire house is completely lit & looks brilliant!  The entire staff are absolutely the best.  They come to your house to help figure out the best design, send a quote to confirm your selection, schedule your install (& are very accommodating).  They are professional, prompt, pleasant to deal with, show up when scheduled and replace any burnt out bulbs (usually) same or next day. They use commercial grade materials which are far better quality than retail lights.  The service is unmatched! Highly recommend.  My house looks fantastic! Highly recommended. Contacted them in the middle of July regarding the installation of gemstone lights. Received a quote within a week. The lights look great. I was extremely impressed by the fact that they began and completed the project within the estimated timeline. we were so excited to find this company, as we were at a loss of what to do.  our bathroom fan was being accessed by some birds from the outside to nest, and we could not reach it.  the space between the buildings (our neighbor and us) was too narrow to use a normal extensioin ladder.  we were unable to clear the fan from the outside and put a wire mesh on it to prevent this happening again. Steve put in lots of time organizing the lighting plan for my home to make it the way we'd like it and stay within the budget I had. Their lights look amazing and Steve goes way above and beyond to have the old fashioned feeling of valuing customers. He'll definitely feel like your 'lighting guy' from the first time you deal with him
